nation and his community .The importance of health for a person is that it
saves him the cost of treatment and the hassle of going to hospitals. A healthy
person who is far from the disease sees him saving money that he would have
spent on the disease if we neglected the health. Physical activity improves
cardio respiratory and muscular fitness .Physical activity raises your
metabolism and helps you lose weight easily. Physical activity helps you to
reduce stress , depression and improve your mood. Physical activity helps
maintain brain function in older adults . It increases bone density. These are
the importance of health and fitness.
