Having a proper diet means to avoid junkies and to have a proper meals which is good in vitamins and minerals .doing physical activity will enhance the circulation of blood and makes people more active .most important thing is to make yourself more positive this can be achieved by doing yoga , meditation or chanting mantras and these are proved scientifically which makes you feel free stress . Having a proper sleep is also important for a good mental health.last but not the least is avoid smoking and alcohol consumption to maintain a healthy lifestyle .
